Needed to document surviving another busy week, being able to wear my vintage National Trust scarf and that I actually work at the building the King once described as a nuclear bunker 🫣

Took this one to see a specialist today. She’s probably got some issue going on with a disc in her spine so for now she’s on strict crate rest, pain killers and anti inflammatory meds. Hopefully she makes good progress over the next four weeks or we’ll have to think about selling my kidney to pay for her to have an operation coz her insurance won’t cover the total cost of removing the offending disc and an MRI 😶

Patient Zero is on bed rest while her hip recovers from whatever she did to displace it. Lots of painkillers and anti inflammatory meds and cuddles. Usually she’s not bothered about cuddles in the daytime but poorly Lynda is a massive baby and cries if you leave her side so we slept her paw in my hand last night and yesterday I worked from the floor next to her bed so she could leave a good leg on me.
