I can honestly say I have never been more ashamed of this country.

No glamorous dog walking outfits here or perfectly positioned photos of me and ma dog. How do people have time to get dressed up to walk the dog? I can just about put on my tracksuit dungarees and scrap my hair up, and that’s as good as it gets. I’d walk Lynda in my jammies tbh but sometimes we stop for a coffee in the park. All part of getting her used to being out and doing things obviously. She needs to learn how to go out for drinks 🍹 As for pictures of me and Lynda, 😬I don’t have the time to take a zillion photos to get a great one, she’s useless at posing for photo!

We took Lynda to the beach this week and like a true sea dog she went straight in for a paddle. She wasn’t a fan of the drive, she’s only been in the car with the Boy in the back with her but he was at school so she had to ride solo and was not happy. She literally sulked all the way to St Leonards. Hopefully though her day trip made up for being abandoned by her bestie 👦🏾

The Arch, the Henry Moore statue in Hyde Park, is magnificent. I hope the restoration is solid coz it’s not that old. Henry donated it to the nation in 1980 and it’s already had an extensive overhaul. I do love it though, this 40 year old lump of Italian stone that’s ageing along with us.
